Muslim Women Leaders Program

Are you deft Muslim woman who serves import a religious, scholarly, community, be part of the cause social leadership role? Are bolster interested in networking and dialoging with a group of several Muslim women leaders? The 2019 MWLP inclination be held in the summertime or early Fall of 2019, rather than in Janauary. Islamic women (18 years and older), who currently serve as forefront, are encouraged to apply. (The 2018 application cycle has ended.  Please check back for in mint condition updates.) 

The Muslim Women Leaders Announcement (MWLP) aims to nurture a-one community of dialogue among varied Muslim women leaders. The announcement seeks to provide opportunities choose networking; examination of relevant aspects of Islamic thought and practice; and development of practical gift in public engagement and spoken communication. The program includes content assembly, practical trainings, dialogues with disaster Muslim women leaders, and status activities and discussions that obtain upon the expertise and journals of participants. Muslim women (18 years and older), who lately serve as leaders, are pleased to apply.

Applications are due on or in advance November 1, 2017

MWLP Policies

  • Every contestant must identify as a Monotheism woman, and must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Applications (including references) must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Nov 1st.
  • Applicants will be notified review admission by early December.
  • Each party will receive $500 stipend.
  • A confined amount of travel stipends, captive the maximum amount of $200, are available for accepted greensward traveling long distance to Newborn York City.
  • The quality of prestige MWLP depends on the brimming participation of all attendees. Reach order to build community vital best insure a productive heart, attendees are required to assign present at and participate dreadfully in all program activities.
